Chef Anthony has been cooking since the age of 14, when he first learned how to make eggs alongside his mother. What began as a simple hobby turned into a true passion when he moved to New York City for college and began living on his own.
With a small kitchen, a modest budget, and a love for food, he started preparing meal preps for fellow Fordham students from his dorm, earning extra money to support his thrifting habit.
